So today I felt like we moved into the world of "real parents". John Hunter is in organized sports league which means practice and schedules. However today we played a HOUR of football in the rain. And for some reason, I did not seem to mind. We was so glad to play, He did excellent. He scored and ran for about 40 yards. When he got the run he looked back at Eric, pointed and said, "now thats what Im talking about". He is a HOOT!
Our team won and next week is the SUPER BOWL. That means running through the tunnel, trophy, etc. He is so excited. BUT after the game is the dad and coaches game. And ERIC is super excited! What a hoot!
Go Saints is all I can say (well until September with Brett Favre and and Vikings take on the Saints and we will be rooting the Vikings ons!)
